Refund policy

Our couture dresses are produced with special design and craftsmanship. Therefore, each piece is uniquely tailored for the individual. For this reason, we do not offer a return option for our couture dresses. 

If you notice a defect on one of your ordered items, please send us an e-mail at contact@tayfunkaba.info with a photo of the defect to request an exchange or a refund. Tayfun Kaba will pay the shipping costs for the return of defected items. If you would like to arrange an exchange for the faulty item(s), please note that it can only be replaced for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. If the defect can be repaired, we will get it repaired and send it back to the customer.
